When you're downloading a game. the game is automatically installed after the download is completed. This would be very convenient if multiple games are being downloading at the same time.
Because the trophy list looks ugly when there is such things !
We must be able to delete trophies we don’t want…
There should be an option in your psn account to change your state to appear offline or invisible to your friends list.
I would like to receive a copy of any PSN message to my linked email address. If I choose to reply to the message it is sent directly to the recipient and also logged in my sent items on my PS3.
This way I can keep in touch with my PSN friends even when I'm away from my PS3.

When you receive a notification that you've received a message or friend request, you should be able to press the PS button while the notification is showing to go straight to the message.
When you acquire a Trophy in-game, the trophy should sync to the network without the user having to go to their profile or to the trophy section and choosing ‘Sync’.
Even if it were a paid add-on, I’m sure many PS3 owners would be thrilled if they could play PS2 games on the system directly. While software emulation may not be perfect, it’s better than nothing!
It would be nice for us to be able to communicate with our friends online while we are playing different games using our Official PS3 Bluetooth Headset.
It would be nice if players 2 through 4 could log into their own PSN accounts so that if we play split-screen online, they would show up with their own PSN ID instead of guest, and could earn trophies.
